摘  要:针对电解槽运行平均电压、吨铝直流电耗高的问题,采取改变结构、使用新型材料焊接制作的节能型钢爪等改进措施。随机抽取不同型号钢爪、不同电解槽,与传统铸造钢爪相比,统计和分析在同一条件下各种形态各点压降变化,在生产中降低钢炭压降,有效降低电解槽运行平均电压16 mV,实现节能降耗。At present,the average operation voltage of the electrolytic cell is high,and the DC power consumption of ton aluminum is high,so technical improvement approaches were taken to change the structure of steel claws,and a new type of material was adopted for welding of energy-saving steel claws.The different types of steel claws,and the different electrolytic cells were chosen through a random drawing,its statistics and analysis results of pressure drop change of various forms at the same conditions to compare with the conventional steel claws,so in the actual operation production,the steel carbon pressure drop can be reduced,and the operation average voltage of the electrolytic cell can be reduced effectively by 16 mV,so that the results of energy-saving and cost-reducing can be reached.
