摘  要:铝电解槽焦粒焙烧启动存在劳动强度大、成本高、碳渣多、易发生偏流等问题,有针对性地采取燃气焙烧启动代替之,所用焙烧装置焙烧过程中不存在电流分布,阴阳极氧化少、启动中打捞炭渣少,燃气焙烧启动安装省时50%,槽寿命延长90%,启动成本可降低1.2万元/台。The coke preheating startup of the aluminum electrolytic cell has the problems that strong labor intensity,high costs,and a lot of carbon residues,it is prone to cause current bias,so the gas roasting startup can be used to replace it,there is no current distribution in the roasting process of the roasting device,there are fewer anode and cathode oxide and fewer salvage residues in the process of startup,the gas roasting startup installation can save time by 50%,the lifetime of the cell can be prolonged by 90%,the startup cost can decrease by¥12 thousand yuan per unit.
