摘　　要：针对铜冶炼PS转炉吹炼过程中烟气外逸的问题,分析了烟气外逸的原因,通过入炉物料控制、吹炼控制、使用水冷密封小车及系统、使用轨道平移式烟气导流门等减少漏烟,采用倒渣集烟罩、屋顶集烟系统进行烟气捕集,基本杜绝了烟气的外逸,使PS转炉倾、回炉烟气捕集率达到95%以上,增加效益约120万元/a。Gas escaping problem occurred in the blowing process of the PS converter of copper smelting,so the gas escaping reasons were analyzed,and the following measures were taken,such as furnace feeding materials control,blowing control,utilization of water-cooled sealed trolley and system,utilization of orbital translation type gas diversion doors to decrease of gas leakage,utilization of slag tapping gas collection hood and roof gas collection system so that gas escaping basically eliminated,then the tilting and returning furnace gas collection rate of PS converter can reach more than 95%,the benefits can be increased by￥1.2 million yuan per year.
