摘 要:针对拜耳法生产中大型沉降槽在分解工序上存在浮游物偏高的问题,投用了两台沉降槽,采取了进料出料方式改造、增加物料沉降时间、降低沉降槽耙机控制扭矩等措施,将分解工序浮游物由原来的5 g/L降低至1 g/L以下,回收氢氧化铝产生经济效益260万元/a。The decomposition working procedure of the large settling tank by Bayer process production has a high floating substance content,so the following measures were taken,such as two sets of settling tanks were put into operation,the feeding and discharging ways were transformed,the settling time of materials were increased,the raker control torque of the settling tank was decreased,and so on,then the floating substances in decomposition working procedure was decreased from 5 g/L to below 1 g/L,the economic benefit of recovery of aluminum hydroxide is¥2.6 million yuan per year.
