摘　　要：随着我国农业科技和信息技术水平的不断提高,基层农业科研事业迅速发展,传统的科研管理方法已经无法满足其快速发展的需求,加快建设信息化管理体系迫在眉睫。文章以河北省农林科学院农业资源环境研究所为例,剖析了该所在科研管理信息系统研发过程中存在的问题,从科研管理信息系统建设目标、科研管理信息系统架构和取得的成效等方面对该所科研信息化管理进行实证分析,提出了领导班子要高度重视、逐步完善科研管理信息系统、强化科研管理信息系统的顶层设计等加强科研管理信息系统建设的建议,以期更好地服务于基层农业科研管理工作。Accompanying with the continuous improvement of China's agricultural science and technology and information technology level,the grassroots agricultural research rapidly develops,and the traditional scientific research management method can no longer meet the needs of its rapid development,and it is urgent to accelerate the construction of informationization management system.Taking the institute of Agricultural Resources and Environment of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example,the article analyzed the problems that existed during the research and development process of the research management information system of the institute,empirically analyzed the research informatization management of the institute from the aspects of the research management information system construction objectives,the structure of the research management information system,and the obtained achievements,and made suggestions to strengthen the construction of the research management information system by paying great attention to it from the leadership team,advancing it in the mode of step-by-step improvement,and strengthening the top-level design of the research management information system,so as to serve the grassroots agricultural research management work better.
