摘  要:农业科研试验基地作为农业科研工作的重要载体,在科技创新、成果转化和科普教育等方面发挥了重要作用。文章以江苏省农业科学院六合动物科学基地(以下简称“六合基地”)为例,结合日常运行管理工作,总结了六合基地农田水利建设现状,分析了基地在农田水利系统设计、建设及管理中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了农田水利系统科学规划、规范建设施工过程、培育专业团队、创新维修期管理制度等加强农业科研基地灌排系统建设及管理的建议和对策。As an important carrier of agricultural research,agricultural research bases play an important role in scientific and technological innovation,achievement transformation and popularization of science education.Taking Liuhe Animal Science Base of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the article summarizes the current situation of farmland water conservancy construction in Liuhe Base combined with daily operation and management work,analyzes the problems in the design,construction and management of farmland water conservancy system in the base,and puts forward targeted proposals for scientific planning,standardizing the construction process and management of farmland water conservancy system.It also put forward suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen the construction and management of irrigation and drainage systems in agricultural research bases,such as scientific planning of farmland water conservancy systems,standardization of the construction process,cultivation of professional teams,and innovation of the management system during the maintenance period.
