制度环境对中国水产品出口RCEP伙伴国贸易效率的影响——基于时变随机前沿引力模型的实证分析

摘　　要：采用2010—2020年UN Comtrade的数据,运用随机前沿引力模型分析制度环境对中国水产品出口RCEP国家贸易效率的影响。结果表明:加入FTA有利于提高中国水产品出口RCEP国家的贸易效率;RCEP国家的商业自由度、政府效率、政府稳定性能够促进贸易效率的提高,而财政支出、贸易自由度和金融自由度对出口效率起负作用。为提高中国对RCEP国家的水产品出口贸易效率,应改善出口目的国的贸易制度和社会经济制度,提高中国与RCEP其他国家的经济一体化和贸易往来。Based on the data from 2010-2020 in UN-Comtrade database,the authors explore the impact of regime environment on the trade efficiency of China’s aquatic products export to the RCEP countries by using the time-varying stochastic frontier gravity model.The results shows that the accession of FTA can significantly improve the China’s aquatic products export efficiency to RCEP countries.What’s more,the improvement of business freedom,government efficiency and government stability will be good for the trade efficiency.However,the increase of the government spending and the improvement of the trade freedom and financial freedom is not conducive to the improvement of the export efficiency.To boost the trade efficiency of China’s aquatic products export to RCEP countries,we should consider trade regime environment and social and economic system of the destination country and we should strengthen the integration with the global economy and trade relationship between China and RCEP.
