人造夜光石透光性分析及改色试验

摘  要:彩色人造夜光石因其能在白天吸光储能,夜晚自发光,在景观装饰和引导指示领域有巨大的应用前景。但是,传统人造夜光石白天色彩单调、老旧,装饰效果局限于夜间。针对该问题,本文通过探究材料组分的透光性对余辉性能的影响,选定合适于人造夜光石的改色剂和材料组分,初步实现彩色人造夜光石的制备。试验结果表明,材料组分透明度的提升与余辉性能提升成正比,色浆与色精的透光率在80%以上,适合作为人造石的着色剂,材料组分透明度介于35%~50%之间,对余辉性能影响最为显著。满足以上组分条件,长余辉材料添加量仅18.34%的红、蓝、黄、绿四种试块,3 h的余辉亮度均满足人眼可见亮度0.32 mcd/m^(2),绿色及蓝色试块满足交通标识要求3 h余辉亮度0.052 cd/m^(2)。Colored artificial luminous stones have great application prospects in landscape decoration and guidance indication fields due to their ability to absorb light and store energy during the day and self emit light at night.However,traditional artificial luminous stones have monotonous and outdated colors during the day,and their decorative effects are limited to the night.In response to this issue,this article explores the impact of the transparency of material components on the afterglow performance,selects suitable color modifiers and material components for artificial luminous stones,and preliminarily achieves the preparation of colored artificial luminous stones.The experimental results show that the improvement of transparency of material components is directly proportional to the improvement of afterglow performance.The transmittance of color paste and color essence is above 80%,making it suitable as a colorant for artificial stones.The transparency of material components is between 35%-50%,which has the most significant impact on afterglow performance.Meeting the above composition conditions,the addition of only 18.34%red,blue,yellow,and green test blocks for long afterglow materials meets the visible brightness of 0.32 mcd/m^(2) for human eyes after 3 hours,while the green and blue test blocks meet the requirements of traffic signs with an afterglow brightness of 0.052 cd/m^(2) after 3 hours.
