摘  要:面向金属丝电爆炸中快前沿脉冲电流测量,设计了一种体积小、易安装的纳秒级自积分罗氏线圈。由于前进匝易受到平行于待测导体方向磁场的干扰,在罗氏线圈中增加了回线部分。基于每匝线圈的电磁参数提出了一种考虑回线的罗氏线圈的新型改进集总参数电路模型。将改进集总参数电路模型在MATLAB中进行仿真分析,探讨了线圈参数对罗氏线圈在不同频率范围内响应特性的影响规律,设计出满足纳秒级上升沿测量的自积分罗氏线圈。为了验证模型的准确性,设计出一种高幅值、快前沿的电流标定源并对实验标定电流进行仿真分析。罗氏线圈标定实验结果表明,相比于集总参数模型,改进集总参数电路模型更加准确,为设计和分析高精度的带回线的罗氏线圈提供了新思路。A nanosecond self-integrating Rogowski coil with characteristics of small size and easy installation is de⁃signed for the fast front pulsed current measurement in wire electric explosion.Because the forward turn is susceptible to the interference of the magnetic field parallelling to the measured conductor,a return line is added to the Rogowski coil.Based on the electromagnetic parameters of each turn,a new improved lumped parameter circuit model of Rogowski coil considering the return line is proposed.The improved lumped parameter circuit model was simulated and analyzed in MATLAB software.The influence law of coil parameters on the response characteristics of Rogowski coil in different fre⁃quency ranges was discussed,and the self-integrating Rogowski coil satisfying the rising edge measurement of nanosec⁃ond pulsed current was designed.In order to verify the accuracy of the model,a current calibration source with high am⁃plitude and fast front is designed and the experimental calibration current is simulated and analyzed.The calibration re⁃sults show that compared with the lumped parameter model,the improved lumped parameter circuit model is more accu⁃rate,which provides a new idea for the design and analysis of the high precision return line of the Rogowski coil.
