摘  要:针对蜂窝材料强度低且蜂窝复合板仍以高强胶连接为主,在高温作用下易发生开裂失效等问题,本文设计了不同材质和蜂窝尺寸组合的复合结构,采用钎焊工艺制备了不同面板材料、不同蜂窝厚度和边长组合的铝/不锈钢复合板,并对其连接效果、压缩性能、吸能性和变形行为进行研究。结果表明:钎焊制备的蜂窝复合板具备良好的连接效果;蜂窝结构的承载强度和吸收能量随蜂窝尺寸的降低而提升,随蜂窝壁厚的增加和选用材料强度的增加而提高;采用塑性优异的铝合金蜂窝芯时,复合板芯层会发生逐层压溃,而采用塑性较差的不锈钢蜂窝芯时,芯层在一定变形后产生垂直变形。In view of the low strength of honeycomb materials and the fact that honeycomb composite panels are still mainly connected by high-strength adhesives which are prone to cracking and failure under high temperature,this paper designs composite structures with different combinations of materials and honeycomb sizes,and prepares aluminum/stain⁃less steel composite panels with different panel materials,honeycomb thicknesses and edge lengths by brazing process,and studies their connection effect,compression performance,energy absorption and deformation behavior.The results show that the honeycomb composite panels prepared by brazing have good connection effect;the load-bearing strength and absorbed energy of the honeycomb structure increase with the decrease of honeycomb size,and increase with the in⁃crease of honeycomb wall thickness and the increase of selected material strength;the aluminum alloy composite panels with excellent plasticity will undergo layer-by-layer compression collapse,and the stainless steel with less plasticity will undergo vertical deformation after a certain deformation of the specimen.
