摘  要:随着交通基础设施建设的不断推进,预应力连续箱梁桥作为大跨度桥梁结构具有重要作用,而体外预应力施工技术能够提高桥梁整体性能、延长使用寿命并减轻结构自重。本文研究了某跨河大桥预应力连续箱梁桥体外预应力施工技术,总结了体外索施工过程中的关键环节和工程施工难点,针对体外索的穿索过程、逐根钢绞线穿索和悬浮张拉等关键环节,对体外预应力施工技术进行深入探讨,为新建桥梁的体外索施工应用提供了宝贵经验,也为体外预应力施工技术的进一步优化和应用提供了参考。With the continuous advancement of transportation infrastructure construction,prestressed continuous box girder bridges are playing an important role as a long-span bridge structure,and the external prestressed construction technology can improve the bridge performance,prolong the service life and reduce the weight of the structure In this paper,the external prestressing construction technology of a prestressed continuous box girder bridge across the river was analyzed,and the core links and engineering construction difficulties in the construction process of the external cable were summarized.Through the detailed discussion of the external prestressing construction technology on the key links such as the threading process of the external cable,the threading of the steel strands one by one,and the suspension tensioning,this study provided valuable experience for the application of external cable construction of new bridges and on the key links such as the threading process of the external cable,the threading of the steel strands one by one,and the suspension tensioning a reference for the further optimization and application of external prestressing construction technology.
