摘 要:为探究阻镉剂对蔬菜种植的影响,采用大田试验开展了丝瓜、四季豆、叶用番薯和苋菜4种蔬菜的安全性种植评价,以及配套降镉栽培技术研究,包括土壤pH值调控、RSD降镉试验和阻镉剂使用。结果表明,在土壤镉含量≤1.0 mg/kg条件下,丝瓜、叶用番薯和四季豆3种蔬菜均可以安全种植,其产品镉含量低于标准限量值;在蔬菜种植基地施用阻镉剂可使土壤pH值提高19.04%,而RSD法可使土壤pH值提高54.45%,RSD降镉钝化效果明显优于阻镉剂。综合考虑长期效应、施用成本、用量、增产提质效果和其他环境风险等因素,推荐RSD法用于重金属钝化处理,还可结合阻镉剂、提高土壤pH值等栽培措施,以达到安全种植的目的。To investigate the effects of Cd inhibitor on the efficient and safe cultivation of vegetables,a field experiments were carried out to evaluate the safety of luffa,green bean,leaf sweet potato and amaranth,and the corresponding cadmium reduction cultivation techniques,including soil pH regulation,reductive soil disinfestation(RSD)cadmium reduction test and the use of barrier agent were studied.The focus was on regulating soil pH,conducting RSD Cd-reducing tests,and researching application techniques.The results showed that luffa,sweet potato and green bean could be planted safely under the soil cadmium content≤1.0 mg/kg,and the cadmium content of their products was lower than the standard limit value.The application of a Cd inhibitor in the vegetable planting base increased the soil pH by 19.04%,while the RSD method increased the soil pH by 54.45%.The passivation effect of RSD was evidently superior to that of the cadmium inhibitor.Considering its long-term effects,application costs,dosage,yield-increasing effects,quality improvement,and other environmental risks,RSD treatment is recommended for promoting the passivation of heavy metals,and can also be combined with cultivation measures such as cadmium inhibitor and soil pH value aim to achieve safe planting.
