摘  要:为解决公交专用道效率低和私家车空座率高对道路资源造成的浪费,允许多乘员车辆使用公交专用道,将现有公交专用道调整为公交优先道。有必要开展公交合乘优先控制方法设计及其使用意愿研究。基于国内外公交专用道和HOV车道设置经验设计了1种新的车道类型—HOV公交优先道,并提出HOV2+和HOV3+2种在公交优先道实施的交通组织优化方案。设计并开展了HOV公交优先道使用意愿问卷调查,以HOV公交优先道属性(合法车辆、行程时间缩短量等)、社会经济属性作为调节变量,出行体验作为中介变量,构建了有调节的中介效应模型分析出行者选择公交优先道的意愿和影响因素。结果表明,出行体验对HOV公交优先道选择行为有显著负向影响,当出行满意度为1时,66.7%出行者选择使用HOV公交优先道,而当满意度提升至4、5时,比例分别降至24.1%、45%,HOV公交优先道属性对此过程具有正向调节作用。出行特性通过影响出行体验而对HOV车道选择行为产生影响,随着出行距离、出行时间、出行乘员人数与最大可接受拼车人数上升,出行者感受到的体验出行体验越差,出行者越倾向于使用HOV公交优先道,驾龄、家庭乘员人数与家庭车辆保有量等社会经济属性对此过程具有正向调节作用。To alleviate the waste of road resources caused by low efficiency of bus lanes and high vacancy rates of private cars,allowing high occupancy vehicle(HOV)to use bus lanes and adjusting it to bus sharing lanes has it is necessary to design the bus sharing priority control methods and analyze the traveler’s usage intention on bus sharing lanes.“Bus Priority Lane”has been designed which contains two traffic organization optimization plans based on the experience of planning bus lanes and HOV lanes:HOV2+and HOV3+.A HOV bus priority lane usage intention questionnaire was designed and carried out.HOV bus priority lanes attributes(HOVX+,travel time savings,etc)and socio-economic attributes are selected as moderators,and travel experience is selected as a moderator,a moderated mediation effect model is constructed to analyze the intention and influencing factors of travelers to use HOV bus priority lanes.The results indicate that travel experience has a significant negative impact on HOV bus priority lanes choice behavior.When the travel satisfaction level is 1,66.7%of travelers would use HOV bus priority lanes,while the satisfaction level increases to 4 and 5,the proportion decreases to 24.1%and 45%respectively,and HOV bus priority lanes properties have a positive moderating effect on this process.Travel characteristics have an impact on HOV bus priority lanes usage behavior by influencing the travel experience.As the travel distance,travel time,number of passengers,and the maximum acceptable number of carpools increase,travelers experience became worse,and personal attributes such as driving experience,number of family members,and number of private vehicles have a positive moderating effect on this process.
