摘 要:为充分验证钢渣粉作为填料对沥青混合料性能的影响,分别采用钢渣及水泥作为填料代替石灰岩矿粉,对比研究不同填料及掺量对花岗岩沥青混合料路用性能的影响。进行水稳定性试验、高温车辙试验、不同应力梯度的劈裂疲劳试验。结果表明,相比于对照组,钢渣填料可提高混合料的稳定度、劈裂强度、高温性能及0.4、0.5高应力比下的抗疲劳性能,掺量越高提升效果越明显;水泥作为填料可提高混合料的水稳定性6%左右。为钢渣填料改良酸性石料沥青混凝土路面性能的工程应用提供支撑。On the performance of asphalt mixtures has not been fully verified.This study aims to investigate the influence of different fillers and dosages,specifically steel slag and cement instead of limestone ore powder,on the pavement performance of granite asphalt mixtures.Several tests,including water stability,high temperature rutting,and splitting fatigue tests with varying stress gradients,were conducted.The results demonstrate that compared to the control group,the inclusion of steel slag filler improves stability,splitting strength,high temperature performance,and fatigue resistance under high stress ratios of 0.4 and 0.5.Furthermore,the improvement effect becomes more pronounced with higher filler content.Cement,when used as a filler,enhances the water stability of the mixture by approximately 6%.These findings provide support for applying steel slag filler to enhance the performance of acid stone asphalt concrete pavements.
