摘 要:智慧停车系统在规范停车秩序、提高停车效率、降低运营管理成本等方面发挥了重要的作用。本文基于“动静态交通协同”的理念,探索智慧停车系统在赋能城市重难点区域停车治理方面的应用,提出动静协同交通诱导的方法,并以梅溪湖为例构建智慧停车系统功能架构,以期为城市重难点区域的停车问题改善提供参考。Smart parking systems have emerged as a vital solution,playing a crucial role in regulating parking order,enhancing parking efficiency,and reducing operational management costs.This article delves into the concept of“dynamic and static traffic coordination”and explores the application of smart parking systems in empowering parking management in key and challenging areas within cities.It puts forth a dynamic and static traffic guidance method and employs Meixi Lake as a case study to construct a functional architecture for smart parking systems.The aim is to provide valuable insights for addressing parking issues in key and challenging areas of cities.
