摘 要:鸡球虫病传染性强、发病率高,可显著影响鸡的肠道健康状况,降低鸡的生产性能,甚至引起死亡,给养鸡业造成巨大的经济损失。在我国“减抗、替抗和禁抗”背景下,中草药因具有不易产生耐药性、药物残留低、毒副作用小,兼备药物性与营养性的双重作用等优点,而在抗鸡球虫病中呈现广阔的发展前景。以往研究表明,中草药具有良好的抗球虫功效。因此,论文综述了2013-2023年期间中国知网和PubMed数据库中发表的有关中草药的在体和离体抗鸡球虫研究概况,以期为鸡球虫病的防治和抗球虫的药物研发提供参考。Chicken coccidiosis is highly contagious,and has a high incidence rate.This disease causes significant reduction in intestinal health and performance of chickens,resulting in huge economic losses in poultry industry every year.Under the background of"reduction,replacement and prohibition the antibiotics"in China,Chinese herbal medicines have broad development prospects in anti-coccidiosis of chickens for their advantages of no drug resistance,no drug residues,low toxicity,and medicine-nutrition dual-use products.Previous studies showed that Chinese herbal medicines had good anticoccidial effects.Therefore,in this view,we summarized the new research progress of Chinese herbal medicines against chicken coccidiosis in vitro and in vivo published in CNKI and PubMed databases from 2013 to 2023,and this review might provide some references for the prevention and control of chicken coccidiosis and the development of anticoccidial drugs.
