淡水养殖鱼类海豚链球菌病的诊断及防治

摘　　要：以鲟鱼、罗非鱼为例,通过流行病学调查、临床症状、剖检等研究淡水养殖鱼类海豚链球菌病的发生和流行特点,结合细菌学检测确诊病原,经过多年生产实践研发集成了海豚链球菌病防治关键技术,筛选出聚维酮碘等外消药6种、复方磺胺甲噁唑粉等内服药5种作为治疗的优选药物。Sturgeon and tilapia were taken as examples to reveal the occurrence and development patterns of streptococcosis in freshwater fish in aquaculture from the epidemic characteristics,clinical symptoms,pathological tissue structure,and other changes.Combined with comprehensive methods such as bacterial isolation,purification identification,and biochemical reaction tests to determine the pathogen,the diagnostic basis for streptococcosis in freshwater fish in aquaculture was summarized.Based on the results of drug sensitivity tests and years of practice,key techniques for comprehensive prevention and control had been integrated,and preventive measures such as strengthening disinfection and aquaculture management had been proposed.Six disinfection drugs,including povidone iodine,and five oral fishery drugs,including compound sulfamethoxazole,had been selected as the preferred drugs for effective treatment.
