摘　　要：作为河北省的特色农业之一,渔业在提升农民收入与拉动农民就业方面发挥着重要作用。自2013年河北省农业产业技术体系创新团队成立以来,河北省渔业产业质量显著提升,表现为要素投入的下降和产出的增加。文章分析了渔业产业质量提升的原因在于财政投入的稳定、渔业人才队伍的稳定以及全国渔业规划的调整。As one of the characteristic agriculture in Hebei Province,fishery plays an important role in raising farmers'income and stimulating farmers'employment.Since the establishment of the Agricultural Industry Technology System Innovation Team in Hebei Province in 2013,the quality of fishery industry in Hebei Province has significantly improved,which is reflected in the decline of factor input and the increase of output.This paper analyzed the reasons for the improvement of fishery industry quality,such as the stability of financial input,the stability of fishery personnel and the adjustment of national fishery planning.
