创业教育质量与大学生就业素质的协同效应研究——以北京市37所高校为例

摘　　要：创业教育是高等学校教育的重要组成部分,大学生就业素质的培养则是提升其就业能力的必要途径,二者协同发展是推动创业教育质量提升和大学生就业素质养成的重要突破口。在高校创业教育质量提升的基础上提高大学生的就业素质,不仅是国家政策驱动、教育效能发挥的客观需要,也是高校自身发展的内在需求。通过分析北京市37所高校的调研数据,明确了当前高校创业教育质量和大学生就业素质的提升路径,测算了各高校创业教育质量与大学生就业素质的耦合协同性,并提出针对性建议。Entrepreneurship education is an important component of higher education,and the cultivation of college students’employment quality is an inevitable way to enhance their employability.The coordinated development of these two is an important breakthrough in promoting the quality of entrepreneurship education and the cultivation of college students’employment quality.On the basis of improving the quality of entrepreneurship education in universities,improving the employment quality of college students is not only an objective need driven by national policies and the effectiveness of education,but also an internal demand for the development of universities themselves.Based on the research data from 37 universities,this paper analyzes the improvement paths of the quality of entrepreneurship education and the employment quality of college students in current universities,calculates the coupling synergy between the quality of entrepreneurship education and the employment quality of college students in various universities,and proposes targeted suggestions.
