摘  要:为了提高微波功率测量的准确性,文中将平面电磁波作用于霍尔器件,用解析方法得到了霍尔电压的直流分量与微波功率密度之间的线性关系。基于同轴线设计了通过式与吸收式两种型号的微波功率探测器。以同轴通过式为例,在0.1 mW~50.0 mW的微波功率测量范围内,探测器的线性度达98.28%,瞬态响应时间为3μs~6μs,频率响应范围为1 GHz~10 GHz。实验结果与理论分析结果一致,该新型探测器具有线性度好和响应速度快的特点,有望得到更为广泛的应用。In order to improve the accuracy of microwave power measurement,the linear relationship between the direct current component of the Hall voltage and the microwave power density is obtained by analytical method when a planar electromagnetic wave acts on a Hall device.Two types of microwave power detectors,namely the through type and the absorption type,are designed based on the coaxial line.Taking the coaxial through type as an example,the linearity of the detector reaches 98.28%when the power is between 0.1 mW to 50.0 mW,the rise time is 3μs~6μs,and the frequency range is 1 GHz~10 GHz.The experimental results agree well with the theoretical analysis ones.The new detectors have both the characteristics of good linearity and fast response and are expected to be more widely used.
