摘  要:为提高微波腔体滤波器的设计效率,文中提出了一种基于多端口参数提取和空间映射法的滤波器快速设计方法。通过添加额外内部端口提取腔体滤波器电磁模型的Y参数,从而计算出耦合矩阵,再结合空间映射法将求解滤波器理想尺寸问题转换为逼近理想耦合矩阵问题。最后设计并加工了一款四阶同轴腔体滤波器,在初值偏差很大的情况下,经过四次迭代即可得到满足指标的滤波器物理尺寸,实物调试结果和仿真结果一致性良好,从而证明了文中方法的快捷有效。An efficient design method for microwave filters based on multi-port parameter extraction and space mapping is presented in this paper.Firstly,the coupling matrix through Y parameters of the multi-port filter electromagnetic model added from addtional internal ports is computed.Then,the problem of finding optimal size of filter is transformed into the problem of approximating ideal coupling matrix.Finally,a fourth-order coaxial cavity filter is designed and fabricated.The physical size of the filter can be obtained after four iterations under the condition that the initial value deviation is large.The real debugging results and the simulation results are in good agreement,which proves that the proposed method is fast and effective.
