摘　　要：作为我国倡导的健康治理策略的重要内容,“医防融合”在推进健康中国建设方面具有重要作用。但在构建中国式医防融合体系方面目前仍存在理念上的滞后、认识上的误区,特别是“医防融合”往往与“防治结合”“医防协同”以及“整合型医疗卫生服务”等词语同时出现或者结合使用,也常常出现概念混淆的情况。文章对国内外医防融合相关理论、概念与政策进行了系统综述,以期更好地厘清医防融合及相关概念的内涵,为推动医防融合在我国的深入实践提供理论指导。As an important part of the health governance strategy in China,medical-prevention integration plays an important role in promoting the construction of a healthy China.However,there are still conceptual lags and misunderstandings in the construction of a Chinese medical-prevention integration system.In particular,‘medical-prevention integration’often appears at the same time or is confused with‘prevention-cure combination’‘medical-prevention coordination’and ‘integrated health services’.This study systematically reviewed the theories,concepts and policies of medical-prevention integration at home and abroad,so as to clarify the connotation of medical-prevention integration and related concepts,and to provide theoretical and empirical guidance for promoting the in-depth practice of medical-prevention integration in China.
