西南边境地区兴边富民与数字普惠金融协调发展研究

摘　　要：兴边富民行动与数字普惠金融的发展对西南边境地区高质量发展有重要实践价值。通过熵权-TOPSIS法、耦合协调度模型、Moran’s I指数和固定效应模型讨论数字普惠金融与兴边富民的协调发展。研究结果表明:兴边富民行动自实施以来取得了一定成果,在研究期间,西南边境地区兴边富民水平总体达到中等水平,并且平稳上升趋势明显。各边境县(市、区)兴边富民与数字普惠金融的耦合协调等级大多升至中级协调水平以上,并且耦合协调水平具有空间正相关性,但空间差异正在不断扩大;仅部分地区表现出空间聚集效应,大多数地区仍不存在空间聚集效应。数字普惠金融显著提高了西南边境地区兴边富民水平,同时数字普惠金融的使用深度更能促进兴边富民的发展。The development of Border Enrichment Action and Digital Financial Inclusion has important practical value for the high-quality development of southwest border areas.The coordinated development of digital inclusive finance and prospering borders and enriching people is discussed through entropy weight-TOPSIS method,coupled coordination degree model,Moran's I index and fixed effect model.The results of the study show that the action of prospering the borders and enriching the people has achieved certain results since its implementation,and the level of prospering the borders and enriching the people of the Southwest Border Region has reached a medium level in general during the study period,and the trend of steady increase is obvious.The coupling and coordination level of border prosperity and digital financial inclusion in all border counties(cities and districts)has mostly risen to the intermediate coordination level or above,and the coupling and coordination level has a positive spatial correlation,but the spatial difference is expanding;only some areas show spatial aggregation effect,and most areas still do not have spatial aggregation effect.Digital inclusive finance significantly improves the level of prospering the border and enriching the people in the southwest border areas,while the depth of the use of digital inclusive finance better promotes the development of prospering the border and enriching the people.
