摘　　要：清代山西名士祁韵士、李銮宣有较多的相似之处,出身于乾隆年间的书香世家,科举入仕,被流放新疆丰富了人生阅历,为创作积累了素材,讲求经世致用思想并在各自领域付诸实践,品格清介,不畏强权。同时不同之处亦较多,祁韵士仕途坎坷,好友多名儒、伟公,子孙贤孝;李銮宣政绩颇多,好友多诗人、同僚,家庭不幸,孤独终老。由于发展轨迹、喜好交往、人生态度各不相同,二人虽为师生,但没有深入接触。QI Yun-shi and LI Luang-xuan,famous scholars of Shanxi in the Qing Dynasty,have more similarities,born in the Qianlong period of the scholarly family,the imperial examination to enter the civil service,was exiled in Xinjiang to enrich the life experience,for the creation of the accumulation of materials,and the pursuit of the world's wisdom and thought and practice in their respective fields,the character of the clear mediation,do not fear of the powerful.At the same time,there are more differences,QI Yun-shi rough road,good friends more than Confucian,great public,children and grandchildren virtuous and filial piety;LI Luang-xuan political achievements,good friends more than poets,colleagues,family misfortunes,lonely old age.Due to the development trajectory,preferences,interactions,attitudes are different,although they are teachers and students,but no in-depth contact.
