摘　　要：文章在不添加黏度指数改进剂的前提下,考察了基础油对80W-90车辆齿轮油低温表观黏度的影响,并开展了基础油理化指标与80W-90车辆齿轮油低温表观黏度的相关性研究,掌握了80W-90车辆齿轮油低温表观黏度的变化规律,确定了80W-90车辆齿轮油生产过程控制指标,以降低低温表观黏度的质量风险,指导精益生产。结果表明:固定主剂和降凝剂的加入量,混合基础油的黏度指数、密度与成品油低温表观黏度的相关性较高,可较好地反映80W-90车辆齿轮油的低温表观黏度大小。In the paper,the effect of base oil on the low-temperature apparent viscosity of 8oW-90 vehicle gear oil was investigated without adding a viscosity index improver,and the correlation between the physical and chemical indicators of the base oil and the low-temperature apparent viscosity of 8oW-90 vehicle gear oil was studied.Thus,the changing rules of low-temperature apparent viscosity of 80W-90 vehicle gear oil are obtained and the production process control indicators of 8oW-90 vehicle gear oil was determined to reduce the quality risk of low-temperature apparent viscosity and guide lean production.The results show that the viscosity index and density of the mixed base oil have a high correlation with the low-temperature apparent viscosity of finished products when fixed the addition amount of the main agent and the pour point depressant,which can well reflect the low-temperature apparent viscosity of the 8oW-90 vehicle gear oil.
