摘 要:采用PROII流程模拟软件对润滑油高压加氢装置常压分馏系统进行建模,拟合结果和实际操作数据接近。以此模型为基础,将常压分馏系统进料由冷、热低分油混合进料,改为冷低分油不经换热单独冷进料。冷低分油进常压分馏塔,设置两个进料口,分别在第7层板和第13层板,实际运行选择其一,以适应进料性质变化及优化目标产品质量。当装置低负荷运行时通过增加塔顶回流量,将气、液负荷控制在原设计范围内,保证塔盘高效传质。模拟计算表明:改造后常压进料加热炉热负荷减少202 kW,节约燃料气18.18 kg/h。常压分馏塔顶空冷负荷减少7%,空冷风机用电减少5.66 kW·h,常压塔顶水冷器负荷稍有减少。改造对装置产品无较大影响,装置主体设备无需较大改造,总投资约10万元。可节约操作费用约41万元/年,碳排放减少446吨二氧化碳/年,装置能耗降低0.475千克标油/吨原料,对现役装置或新建装置有一定借鉴意义。The PROll process simulation software was used to model the atmospheric fractionating system of the lubricating oil high-pressure hydrogenation plant.The fitting results were close to the actual operating data.Based on this model,the feed to the atmospheric fractionating system is changed from a mixed feed of cold and hot oils from LP separators to a single feed of cold oil from LP separators without heat exchange.The cold oil from LP separators enters the atmospheric fractionating tower,and two feed inlets are set up on the 7th laminate and the 13th laminate,respectively,one of which is chosen to adapt to changes in feed properties and optimize target product quality in the actual operation.When the plant is running at low load,by increasing the reflux quantity at the top of the tower,the gas and liquid loads are controlled within the original design range to ensure efficient mass transfer on the tray.Simulation calculations show that the heat load of the transformed atmospheric feed heating furnace is reduced by 202 kW and the fuel gas is saved by 18.18 kg/h.The air-cooling load at the top of the atmospheric fractionating tower is reduced by 7%,the electricity consumption of the air-cooling fan is reduced by 5.66 kW.h,and the load of the water cooler at the top of the atmospheric tower is slightly reduced.After the transformation,there is no major impact on the products of the unit,the main equipment of the plant requires no significant modifications,and the total investment is about RMB 100,000.The transformation can save approximately RMB 410,000 per year in operating costs,reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 446 tons per year,and reduce the plant energy consumption by 0.475 kg of standard oil/ton of feedstocks,which has certain reference significance for existing or new-built plants.
