摘　　要：针对PVC树脂“鱼眼”数超标问题,进行了系统排查分析。通过采取增大注水速率,调整助剂配方和用量等措施,减少了PVC树脂中的“鱼眼”,提高了产品的优等品率。A systematic investigation and analysis were conducted to address the issue of excessive"fish eye"number in PVC resin.By taking measures such as increasing the water injection rate,adjusting the formula and dosage of additives,the"fish eye"in PVC resin had been reduced,and the high-grade rate had been improved.
