摘　　要：介绍了CPVC加工过程中几种常用润滑剂——褐煤蜡(OP蜡、E蜡)、PE蜡、OPE蜡的性质。在设定的试验条件(试验温度185℃,主机转速40 r/min,试验时间10 min)下,在其他配方不变的情况下,使用转矩流变仪对润滑剂的种类和用量进行了对比试验。The properties of several commonly used lubricants in CPVC processing,including brown coal wax(OP wax,E wax),PE wax,and OPE wax,were introduced.Under the set test conditions(test temperature of 185℃,engine speed of 40 r/min,test time of 10 min),the comparative test was conducted on the types and amounts of lubricants by using a torque rheometer while keeping other formulations unchanged.
