摘　　要：介绍了云南天冶化工有限公司使用空气替代氮气来气力输送电石粉尘的工艺。利用空气中不同温度下水蒸气分压差异的物理特性,通过理论计算验证了电石粉尘空气输送的可能性,并自主设计了空气转轮除湿机组。通过转轮除湿机组除去空气中的水分后,得到的干燥空气满足输送电石粉尘的安全控制要求。与传统的氮气输送设备相比,该系统操作维护简单,运行成本更低。The process of Yunnan Tianye Chemical Co.,Ltd.using air instead of nitrogen gas to transport calcium carbide dust was introduced.Base on water vapor pressure difference at different temperatures in the air,the possibility of calcium carbide dust transportation by air was verified through theoretical calculations,and an air rotary dehumidification unit was independently designed.After the air was dehydrated by the rotary dehumidification unit,the dry air met the safety control requirements for transporting calcium carbide dust.Compared with traditional nitrogen conveying equipment,this system was simple to operate and maintenance,with lower operating costs.
