摘 要:大葱是我国广泛栽培的调味蔬菜及经济作物,在蔬菜产业发展中占有重要地位。针对传统的人工种植大葱的生产效率低、劳动强度高等问题,设计了多功能大葱种植机。该种植机通过挖土装置、传输装置、覆土装置、施肥装置、浇水装置、驱动装置和视觉识别装置,实现大葱种植的起垄、移栽、覆土、浇水、施肥和避障的功能。仿真结果表明,研究设计的大葱种植机结构合理,操作简单,可满足大葱的自动化移栽作业要求。Scallion is widely cultivated flavoring vegetable and cash crop in China,and plays an important role in the development of vegetable industry.Aiming at the prob-lems of low production efficiency and higher labor intensity under traditional artificial planting of scallion,an multi-function scallion planter was designed.The planter realized the functions of ridging,transplanting,soil covering,watering,fertilizing and avoiding obstacles through digging device,transmitting device,soil covering device,watering de-vice,fertilizing device and visual identification device.Simulation results showed that the structure of designed planter was reasonable with simple operation which could meet the requirement of automatic planting operation of scallion.
