摘　　要：针对现有的施肥装置不方便对化肥进行过滤,导致化肥中大颗粒的物料与水混合过程中不容易充分地与水融合,从而影响肥料的施用效果。为解决这一问题,设计了一款施肥装置,主要部件包括底板、箱体、过滤网、连接机构、限位机构和搅拌箱,其中底板两端设有支撑板,箱体通过限位机构与底板连接,箱体顶部设有开口,过滤网通过连接机构与箱体连接,连接机构对称设置,搅拌箱与底板固定连接。设计的施肥装置可以提高肥料与水混合的均匀性,进而提高肥料的使用效果。The existing fertilization device was not convenient to filter the fertilizer,so that large particles in the fertilizer could not be mixed with water in the process of fertilizing,which would affect the using effect of fertilizer.In order to solve this problem,a fertilizer device was designed including main components:Bottom plate,box,filter,connecting mechanism,limiting mechanism and mixing box.There was a support plate at both ends of the bottom plate,the box was connected with the bottom plate through the limiting mechanism,the top of the box was opened with an opening,the filter was connected with the box through the connecting mechanism,the connecting mechanism was set symmetrically,and the mixing box was fixed on the bottom plate.The designed fertilization device could promote mixing uniformity of fertilizer with water which could increase the efficiency of fertilizer utilization.
