摘 要:针对油菜分段收获适收期茎秆因含水率高、抗剪强度大,造成割晒作业过程中切割困难的问题,开展油菜茎秆剪切力学特性研究。采用电子万能试验机配合YYD-1型茎秆强度测定仪对油菜分段收获适收期茎秆剪切力学特性进行试验测定,并运用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对油菜茎秆剪切力学特性进行分析对比。试验结果表明,直径为12-18 mm的油菜茎秆最大剪切力范围为234.77-368.31 N,剪切模量范围为0.095-0.136 GPa;最大剪切力与剪切模量试验测试值和模型仿真值的相对误差范围小于10%,说明采用有限元仿真方法研究油菜茎秆剪切力学特性具有可行性。研究结果为油菜分段收获适收期茎秆有限元仿真分析提供了参数参考。To address the issue of high water content and significant shear strength in rapeseed stems during the optimal harvest period,which complicates the cutting process in harvesting operations,a study on the mechanical properties of shear strength in rapeseed stems was conducted.An electronic universal testing machine in conjunction with a YYD-1 type stem strength tester was used to experimentally determine the shear mechanical properties of rapeseed stems during the optimal period of segmented harvesting.Additionally,the ANSYS finite element simulation software was utilized to analyze the shear mechanical properties of rapeseed stems.A comparison between experimental test values and simulation model values was carried out.The experimental results showed that the maximum shear force for rapeseed stems with diameters ranging from 12 to 18mm was between 234.77 and 368.31N,and the shear modulus ranged from 0.095 to 0.136GPa.The relative error in maximum shear force and shear modulus between experimental test values and model simulation values was less than 10%,which demonstrated the feasibility of finite element simulation methods to study the shear mechanical properties of rapeseed stems.The conclusion of the study provided simulation parameters for finite element analysis of rapeseed stems during the optimal harvesting period.
