摘　　要：《黄帝内经》所载人迎寸口脉针法,是通过辨别阴阳虚实、经脉脏腑病变,用针刺补虚泻实的手法,以达到阴阳调和、邪祛正安的作用。通过对《黄帝内经》人迎寸口脉针法的操作方法和思路进行解读,有如下几个方面值得我们去思考:①人迎寸口脉的具体定位;②“盛”的界定;③“躁”的判定;④双侧脉象对比不一致时的补泻;⑤治疗时取穴方法;⑥补泻手法及治疗时间;⑦人迎寸口脉针法的禁忌。因小儿脏器轻灵,随拨即应,人迎寸口脉针刺法对儿科常见病、疑难病及急危重症的临床效果令人满意。The pulse-taking on both renying and cunkou acupuncture method in Huangdi Neijing,by distinguishing the deficiency and excess of yin and yang and the pathological changes of the internal organs of the meridians,uses acupuncture to supplement the deficiency and reduce the excess,so as to achieve the role of yin and yang reconciliation,evil elimination,and peace.The author interprets the method and idea of the pulse-taking on both renying and cunkou acupuncture in Huangdi Neijing,and the clinical application of the pulse-taking on both renying and cunkou acupuncture in pediatric common diseases and difficult and critical children.The following aspects deserve our careful consideration:①The specific positioning of the pulse-taking on both renying and cunkou;②The difinition of‘sheng’;③The judgement of‘zao’;④Tonicing and diarrheaing in acupuncture when the pulse contrast of both sides is inconsistent;⑤Selecting acupoints during treatment;⑥The reinforcing and reducing techniques and treatment time;⑦The new understanding of contraindication of the renying and cunkou acupuncture.Because the organs of children are light and flexible,the clinical effect of Renying Cunkou pulse acupuncture on pediatric common diseases and difficult and critical children is satisfactory.
