摘　　要：原发性痛经是妇科常见病、多发病,中医治疗特色鲜明,疗效确切。《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(ZY/T001.1—94)由国家中医药管理局于1994年批准发布,已二十余年未修订。本次修订基于循证医学证据并采用系统评价的研究方法确定证据等级和推荐强度,并通过2轮德尔菲法专家调查问卷形成专家共识,在此基础上起草《中医病证诊断疗效标准·原发性痛经(修订)》,以期为中医药开展诊治原发性痛经的临床及研究工作建立标准化体系。Primary dysmenorrhea is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gynecology.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has distinct characteristics and definite curative effect.The Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria for Traditional Chinese Medicine(ZY/T001.1—94)was approved and issued by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1994 and has not been revised for more than twenty years.The revision is based on evidence-based medical evidence and adopts the research method of systematic evaluation to determine the level of evidence and the strength of recommendation,and forms an expert consensus through two rounds of Delphi expert questionnaire.On this basis,the The Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria for Traditional Chinese Medicine·Primary Dysmenorrhea(Revised)was drafted to establish a standardized system for the clinical and research work of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
