中医对宫颈癌伴情志异常的认识及辨治

摘　　要：与健康人群及其他妇科肿瘤患者相比,宫颈癌患者更易受到焦虑、抑郁等心理障碍困扰。中医认为,宫颈癌具有本虚标实的病机,癌肿本身以及包括手术、放疗、化疗等在内的治疗手段均可对脏腑经络造成损伤,容易导致阳虚气血不畅,形成抑郁等不良情绪。在形神合一理论指导下的中药、针灸、耳穴、功法、五行音乐疗法等中医疗法,可有效缓解宫颈癌伴情志异常患者不良心理状态,且不良反应较少。文章通过文献整理与分析,梳理中医学对宫颈癌和不良情志的认识,总结中医治则治法,以期为临床提供新思路、新方法。Compared with healthy people and other gynecological tumor patients,cervical cancer patients are more likely to suffer from psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that cervical cancer has the pathogenesis of deficiency.Cancer and treatment methods including surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy can cause damage to the viscera and meridians,which can easily lead to yang deficiency,qi and blood stagnant,induce depression or other abnormal psychological condition.Under the guidance of the theory of unity of body and spirit,decoction,acupuncture,auricular point,Qigong and five elements music therapy can effectively alleviate the adverse psychological state of patients with cervical cancer accompanied by abnormal emotions,and have less adverse reactions.Through the arrangement and analysis of literature,the understanding of cervical cancer and negative emotions in TCM is sorted out,and the principles of TCM treatment are summarized in this article,so as to provide new therapies and methods for clinical practice.
