《宋氏女科撮要·求嗣门》中不孕诊治特点

摘　　要：不孕是妇科中常见且棘手的疾病,该疾病会对有孕求女性造成严重的身心影响,不利于其家庭和谐。古代中医各家对不孕都有其独到的见解,他们的学术思想有待挖掘。通过对《宋氏女科撮要》中《求嗣门》的学习研究,发现其学术特点可概括为以下3点:①助孕当以调经为先,四物为用;②受孕当以时机为重,天人为应;③胎成当以静逸为常,护胎为要。研习《宋氏女科撮要》中《求嗣门》的学术经验,可为目前临床不孕诊治提供相关思路及方法。Infertility is a common and thorny disease in gynecology.The disease will cause serious physical and mental impact on women with pregnancy needs,which is not just conducive to the harmony of their families.The ancient Chinese medicine practitioners had their own unique views on infertility,and it needs to be researched and excavated by the current Chinese medicine practitioners.Through the study and research on‘infertility’in Songshi Nvke Cuoyao,it is found that its academic characteristics can be summarized as the following three points:①Menstruation should be adjusted first,and Siwu decoction should be used;②The timing is the most important on conception when there is correspondence between human and natural environment;③The pregnant should be based on tranquility,and the protection of the embryo should be the main point.Studying the academic experience of‘infertility’in Songshi Nvke Cuoyao can provide relevant ideas and methods for the treatment of current clinical infertility diagnosis and treatment.
