湖北地区3217名大学生出生时五运六气格局、中医体质及体质健康水平的关联性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究湖北地区高校大学生的体质特征,并探讨中医体质与出生时五运六气格局及体质健康测评成绩之间的关联性。方法:研究采用横断面现场面访调查法搜集受试者资料,并利用SPSS 23.0软件对3217份测评数据进行频次分析、χ^(2)检验及Logistic回归分析。结果:受试者以单一体质者居多,复合体质者偏少,单一体质中平和质>阳虚质>阴虚质>湿热质>气虚质>痰湿质>气郁质>血瘀质>特禀质;复合体质中排前十位的体质类型分别为阳虚质+气虚质>阳虚质+阴虚质>阳虚质+阴虚质+气虚质+痰湿质+湿热质+血瘀质+气郁质>阳虚质+阴虚质+气虚质>阳虚质+湿热质>阴虚质+湿热质>阴虚质+气虚质=阴虚质+痰湿质+湿热质>痰湿质+湿热质=阴虚质+痰湿质。女生的体质健康测评成绩除50米跑之外,其他各项目均优于男生。与阳虚质相关的因素有性别、体质量、50米跑成绩、坐位体前屈成绩、肺活量成绩、出生主气为太阴湿土。与阴虚质相关的因素有性别、50米跑成绩、体质量、总分。与气虚质相关的因素有性别、50米跑成绩、立定跳远成绩、1000米跑(男)/800米跑(女)成绩、出生主气为少阳相火、出生客气为少阴君火。与痰湿质相关的因素有性别、50米跑成绩、体质量。与湿热体质相关的因素有性别、出生主气为太阴湿土。与血瘀质相关的因素有性别、50米跑成绩。与气郁质相关的因素有性别、50米跑成绩。与特禀质相关的因素是性别。与平和质相关的因素有性别、50米跑成绩、坐位体前屈成绩、出生主气为少阴君火。与复合体质形成相关的因素有性别、年龄、立定跳远成绩。与体质量评分等级相关的因素有性别、中医体质。与肺活量评分等级相关的因素有性别、出生主气、出生客气。与50米跑评分等级相关的因素有性别、中医体质、出生客气。与立定跳远评分等级相关的因素�Objective:To study the constitution characteristics of university students in Hubei province,and to explore the relationship between Chinese medicine(CM)constitution and the pattern of five movements and six qi at birth and the results of physical health evalution.Methods:The data of the subjects were collected by cross-sectional and on-site interviews,and 3217 evaluation data were analyzed by frequency analysis,χ^(2) test,and Logistic regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 software.Results:Most of the subjects had simple constitution,but few had compound constitution.In simple constitutional types,the quality of peace>yang deficiency>yin deficiency>damp heat>qi deficiency>phlegm dampness>qi stagnation>blood stasis>idiopathic;The top ten constitutional types in the composite constitution were yang deficiency+qi deficiency>yang deficiency+yin deficiency>yang deficiency+yin deficiency+qi deficiency+phlegm dampness+damp heat+blood stasis+qi stagnation>yang deficiency+yin deficiency+qi deficiency>yang deficiency+damp heat>yin deficiency+damp heat>yin deficiency+qi deficiency=yin deficiency+phlegm dampness+damp heat>phlegm dampness+damp heat=yin deficiency+phlegm dampness.Except for the 50 m race,the physical health evaluation results of girls were better than those of boys.The factors related to yang deficiency constitution included gender,weight,performance of 50 m race,sitting posture forward bending performance,vital capacity performance,and main qi at birth was Taiyin wet soil.The factors related to yin deficiency constitution were gender,performance of 50 m race,weight and total performance.The factors related to qi deficiency constitution included gender,performance of 50 m race,standing long jump,performance of 1000 m race(male)/800 m race(female),main qi at birth was Shaoyang ministerial fire,and guest qi at birth was Shaoyin sovereign fire.The factors related to phlegm dampness constitution were gender,performance of 50 m race and body weight.The factors related to the constitution of damp heat were gender,the
