摘　　要：目的:分析武汉地区猴痘患者的临床特征及中医证候特点,为猴痘防控及临床诊疗提供依据。方法:采集2023年6月21日至8月2日武汉市金银潭医院收治的12例猴痘患者的人口学资料、流行病学资料、中医证候信息、实验室检查数据及皮疹表现等,进行研究分析。结果:猴痘患者平均年龄(33.8±8.3)岁,均为男性,男男性行为(MSM)人群,在发病前有明确男男性接触史患者11例(91.7%),潜伏期5~26 d,平均潜伏期(12.6±6.8)d。首发症状以皮疹为主,占75.0%(9/12);入院主要症状为皮疹(100%,12/12)和发热(66.7%,8/12)。出疹部位以生殖器最多,可涉及头面部、躯干、四肢。9例(75.0%,9/12)患者C反应蛋白升高。患者舌质以淡红舌为多,腻苔多见。中医病因为温毒邪气,兼夹湿邪。结论:武汉地区猴痘患者以性接触传播为主,中青年男性,症状以皮疹、发热为主。猴痘属于中医痘疹类疾病,病因为温毒夹湿,中医辨证为温毒卫分证、温毒气分证。Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome characteristics of monkeypox patients in Wuhan,and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of monkeypox.Methods:Demographic data,epidemiological data,TCM syndrome information,laboratory examination data and rash manifestations of 12 monkeypox patients admitted to Jinyintan Hospital of Wuhan City from June 21 to August 2,2023 were collected and analyzed.Results:The mean age of monkeypox patients was(33.8±8.3)years old.All patients were male,male sex with men(MSM),there were 11 patients(91.7%)with a definite history of MSM before onset,and the incubation period was 5-26 days,with an average incubation period of(12.6±6.8)days.The initial symptom was mainly rash,accounting for 75.0%(9/12).The main symptoms on admission were rash(100%,12/12)and fever(66.7%,8/12).The most common site of eruption was genitalia,which could involve the head and face,trunk,and limbs.C-reactive protein was elevated in 9 patients(75.0%,9/12).The tongue quality of the patient was mostly light red tongue and greasy fur was common.TCM etiology was warm poison and evil qi,combined with dampness.Conclusion:In Wuhan,the patients with monkeypox are mainly infected through sexual contact,and are young and middle-aged men.The main symptoms are rash and fever.Monkeypox can be classified as a pox disease in TCM.Etiology is warm poison,combined with dampness.TCM syndrome differentiation can be divided into warm poison wei syndrome and warm poison qi syndrome.
