祛风止动贴治疗轻度抽动障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价祛风止动贴治疗轻度抽动障碍(TD)的临床疗效。方法:将108例轻度TD患者随机分为祛风止动贴组、模拟贴对照组,每组54例。所有患者均予行为干预及心理疏导作为基础治疗,祛风止动贴组加贴祛风止动贴,模拟贴对照组加贴祛风止动模拟贴。两组疗程均为12周。评价两组患者的临床疗效及中医证候评分的变化。结果:祛风止动贴组、模拟贴对照组的临床总有效率分别为92.16%(47/51)和44.90%(22/49),祛风止动贴组显著高于模拟贴对照组(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,两组患者的中医证候评分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且祛风止动贴组显著低于模拟贴对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛风止动贴治疗轻度TD疗效较佳,可显著改善患者的临床症状和中医证候。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Zhidong Patch in the treatment of mild tic disorder(TD).Methods:A total of 108 cases of mild TD patients were randomly divided into Qufeng Zhidong Patch group and simulated patch group,54 cases in each group.All the patients were given behavioral intervention and psychological counseling as the basic treatment.On this basis,Qufeng Zhidong Patch group was added with Qufeng Zhidong Patch,and simulation patch group was added with blank simulation patch.The treatment course of each group was 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The total clinical effective rate of Qufeng Zhidong Patch group and simulated patch group were 92.16%(47/51)and 44.90%(22/49),respectively,and the Qufeng Zhidong Patch group was significantly higher than the simulated patch group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of Qufeng Zhidong Patch group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the TCM syndrome score of Qufeng Zhidong Patch group was significantly lower than that of simulated patch group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qufeng Zhidong Patch is effective in the treatment of mild TD,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients.
