摘　　要：China celebrates its National Security Education Day on 15 April.This year marks the 10th anniversary of the holistic approach to national security put forward by Chinese President Xi Jinping.Guided by the approach,China has navigated drastic changes in the international landscape and kept itself well positioned in the pursuit of development and security.Xi has reiterated the importance of national security on many occasions.Edited excerpts of his speeches on this topic since 2016 follow.
