摘 要:吸能盒是汽车低速碰撞重要的被动安全部件,对减少低速碰撞维修成本具有重要的意义。吸能盒仿真实验利用ANSYS有限元软件完成,以选定截面形状的吸能盒为研究对象,以吸能盒的结构尺寸为输入参数,吸能量、侵入量以及加速度峰值为评价参数,进行敏感度分析,采用中心点组合法生成设计参数点,拟合吸能量响应面和加速度响应面和加速度响应曲线,完成响应面优化。最后通过仿真探究引导槽的形状和数量对加速度峰值的影响。以此为依据改变吸能盒结构参数,研究增大吸能盒吸能量并降低加速度峰值的方法。探究吸能盒评价参数之间的耦合性,为后期吸能盒的设计提供依据。The energy-absorbing box is an important passive safety component for low-speed collisions,and it isof great significance to reduce the maintenance cost of low-speed collisions.The energy-absorbing box was simulated by ANSYS.Taking the energy-absorbing box with the selected cross-sectional shape as the research object,taking the structure size of the energy-absorbing box as the input parameters,and the energy absorption,intrusion amount and acceleration peak value as the evaluation parameters,the sensitivity analysis was carried out,and the center point combination method was used to generate the design parameter points.The energy absorption response surface,acceleration response surface and acceleration response curve are fitted,and the response surface optimization is completed.Finally,the influence of the shape and number of the guide grooves on the acceleration peak value is explored through simulation.Based on this,the structural parameters of the energy-absorbing box were changed,and the methods of increasing the energy-absorbing energy of the energy-absorbing box and reducing the acceleration peak were studied.The coupling between the evaluation parameters of the energy-absorbing box is explored,which provides a basis for the design of the energyabsorbing box in the later stage.
