硝酸咪康唑乳膏联合盐酸特比萘芬片治疗真菌性皮肤病的效果及对皮肤屏障功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨硝酸咪康唑乳膏联合盐酸特比萘芬片治疗真菌性皮肤病的效果及对皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年12月收治的80例真菌性皮肤病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予盐酸特比萘芬片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加硝酸咪康唑乳膏治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、真菌清除率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组,干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的皮肤角质层含水量、表皮皮脂含量高于对照组,经皮水分丢失量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝酸咪康唑乳膏联合盐酸特比萘芬片能够有效提升真菌性皮肤病的治疗效果,抑制炎症反应,促进皮肤屏障功能恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of miconazole nitrate ointment combined with terbinafine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of fungal skin diseases and its influence on skin barrier function.Methods A total of 80 patients with fungal skin diseases admitted from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with terbinafine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with miconazole nitrate ointment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment and fungal clearance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the water content of skin stratum corneum and epidermal sebum content in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the amount of transdermal water loss was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Miconazole nitrate ointment combined with terbinafine hydrochloride tablets can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of fungal skin diseases,inhibit inflammatory response,and promote the recovery of skin barrier function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
