接骨饮治疗肱骨髁间骨折患者的临床效果及对关节功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的分析接骨饮治疗肱骨髁间骨折患者的临床效果及对关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2021年1月至12月收治的100例肱骨髁间骨折患者,以随机数字表法将其分为常规组(50例,常规手术治疗)和观察组(50例,常规手术+接骨饮治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肿胀消退时间、住院时长、骨性愈合时长短于常规组,肘关节屈曲活动度、肘关节功能评分高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的口渴、肿胀、便秘、瘀斑、疼痛评分低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接骨饮治疗肱骨髁间骨折患者的效果理想,可有效促进关节功能恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jiegu decotion in the treatment of patients with humeral intercondylar fracture and its influence on the recovery of joint function.Methods A total of 100 patients with humeral intercondylar fracture admitted from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into routine group(50 cases,routine surgical treatment)and observation group(50 cases,routine surgery+Jiegu decotion treatment)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The swelling regression time,hospitalization time and bone healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the routine group,and the elbow flexion activity and elbow function score were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of thirst,swelling,constipation,ecchymosis and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jiegu decotion in the treatment of patients with humeral intercondylar fracture has an ideal effect,which can effecticely promote the recovery of joint function.
