摘　　要：急性胰腺炎具有发病迅速、并发症多、死亡率高等特点。川芎嗪可通过促进细胞凋亡、纠正微循环障碍、减轻炎症反应、减轻脂质过氧化反应、抑制脂多糖/Toll样受体4信号通路、保护小肠黏膜屏障功能发挥防治急性胰腺炎的作用。归纳了川芎嗪防治急性胰腺炎的作用机制,为急性胰腺炎的治疗提供参考。Acute pancreatitis is characterized by fatal,pathogenic and high mortality.Ligustrazine can play a role in prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis by promoting cell apoptosis,correcting microcirculation disorders,alleviating inflammatory reactions,reducing lipid peroxidation,inhibiting LPS/TLR4 signaling pathways,and protecting the intestinal mucosal barrier function.This article summarizes the mechanism of ligustrazine in prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis,providing reference for the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
