摘　　要：河北省职业年金基金在运营过程中存在虚账运行的长期财政负担大、职业年金业务流程冗长、不同时点退休人员职业年金待遇差异大、对委托人信息披露不全面、增量资金投资配置依据的绩效考核周期过短等问题,由此本文提出分类分步做实虚账、将职业年金发放与商业养老保险产品投资紧密衔接、建立规范的信息披露制度、增量资金投资分配的依据应兼顾长短周期的绩效考核等建议,以促进河北省职业年金基金持续平稳运营。The occupational annuity fund of Hebei Province faces some problems,such as large longterm financial burden due to false account operation,lengthy business process of occupational annuity,large differences in occupational annuity treatment of retirees at different points in time,incomplete disclosure of information to the client,and too short performance assessment cycle based on incremental fund allocation.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as making real and false accounts step by step,effectively connecting occupational annuity payment with investment of commercial pension insurance products,establishing a standardized information disclosure system,and taking into account the performance appraisal of long and short periods as the basis for incremental fund allocation,so as to promote the sustained and stable operation of occupational annuity fund in Hebei Province.
