摘　　要：县市级医疗质控中心作为国家、省、地市三级质控的第一阶梯,对医疗质控工作的常态化、同质化、精准化起到了基础性作用。该研究介绍江苏省南通市医疗质量控制中心工作实践,对质控中心工作进行优化研究,提出逐步形成“政府主导、行业推动和医疗机构共同努力”的质控中心管理模式,以医疗质量改进落实情况与追踪结果为导向的质控模式,推动区域内医疗质量持续改进,保障医疗质量安全。The county-level medical quality control center,as the first step of national,provincial and prefectural quality control,has played a basic role in the normalization,homogenization and precision of medical quality control.This study introduces the work practice of the Medical Quality Control Center in Nantong,Jiangsu Province,optimizes the work of the quality control center,proposes to gradually form a management model of the quality control center that is"led by the government and promoted by the industry with joint efforts by medical institutions",and promotes the continuous improvement of medical quality in the region with a quality control model oriented by the implementation of medical quality improvement and the tracking results.Therefore,the quality and the safety of medical care will be ensured.
