摘 要:按照JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》标准为依据,建立相关数学测量模型,对织物经汽蒸后尺寸变化测量的不确定度来源和不确定度各分量进行评估。结果表明,织物经汽蒸后尺寸变化测定的合成标准不确定度经向为0.16%,纬向为0.12%;扩展不确定度经向为0.32%,纬向为0.24%。同时,确定了织物经汽蒸尺寸变化测定不确定度的主要影响因素为随机效应导致的测量结果不确定度,为试验员提高测量结果的准确性提供了参考依据。Based on JJF 1059.1-2012,Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,relevant mathematical model was established,the sources and components of the measurement uncertainty of dimensional change of fabrics induced by free stream were evaluated.The results showed that the synthetic uncertainty were 0.16%in warp direction,and 0.12%in weft direction;its expanded uncertainty were 0.32%in warp direction and 0.24%in weft direction.Meanwhile,the results showed that the measurement uncertainty caused by random effect was the main factor of dimensional change of fabrics induced by free stream,which provided the basis for improving the accuracy of the measurement results.
