摘　　要：为提高实验室检测结果的准确性与可比性,识别实验室间存在的差异,提高实验室的检测水平,实施了本次“聚乳酸纤维制品纤维含量的测定”能力验证。通过稳健统计技术对结果数据进行统计处理,以偏差D值对所有参加机构的结果进行评价。本次能力验证计划共计94家检验检测机构参加,结果满意的机构90家,满意率95.74%,显示出参加本次能力验证的检验检测机构的聚乳酸纤维制品的纤维含量总体检测水平较高,部分机构的检测水平有待提高。结果不满意的机构应对照技术分析认真进行原因分析,并实施针对性纠正改进措施,以持续提升本项目检测技术水平和能力。The implementation of proficiency testing program on determination of the fiber content of polylactic acid fiber products is to improve the test results of participants'accuracy and comparability,to identify the differences among laboratories,to help the laboratories to find their potential deficiency in both managemental and technical sides and to enhance their testing capabilities as well.The test results of the fiber content of polylactic acid fiber products were calculated and analyzed by robust statistical techniques,and the performance of each participant was assessed by difference D value.A total number of 94 laboratories participated in this program,the results of 90 laboratories'were considered acceptable,the acceptability rate was 95.74%.The general testing capabilities of majority of participant laboratories are quite good,while some laboratories'testing capabilities need to be improved.They need to analyze the reasons thoroughly,and make corrective actions to constantly improve their testing capabilities.
