摘 要:以钻石模型为基础,通过文献研究分析其变式与适用场景,提出面向手机产品竞争力的立体式钻石模型与量表,并采用结构方程模型(Structural Equation Model, SEM)进行了验证。以几个代表性手机品牌产品为例,采用主成分分析法和岭回归分析法对所提出模型的现实表现进行了检验。结果表明:产品设计要素、企业战略结构和竞争、需求条件、生产要素、相关与支持性产业,是影响手机产品竞争力的主要因素;生产手机的国内企业在物质资本、知识资本、技术领域、品牌效应和用户黏度方面,与国际龙头企业的差距较大,有待进一步提升。Based on the porter diamond model,a three-dimensional diamond model and scale for the competitiveness of mobile phone products were proposed by analyzing its variants and application scenarios through literature research,and verified by structural equation model(SEM).Furthermore,principal component analysis and ridge regression were used to test the realistic performance of the proposed model by taking some representative mobile phone products of brands as case studies.The results show that product design factors,enterprise structure,strategy and competition,demand conditions,production factors and related supporting products are the main factors affecting the competitiveness of mobile phone products.There is still a big gap between domestic mobile phone enterprises and international leading enterprises in physical capital and knowledge capital,technology field,brand impact and customer loyalty,which underscores the need for further enhancements.
