摘　　要：焦裕禄同志纪念馆作为传播焦裕禄精神的主阵地,其工作人员的形象至关重要。工作人员穿着特定的馆服不仅能增强参观者对焦裕禄精神文化的体验感,也能提高工作人员的文化自豪感,从而提升纪念馆的整体形象,实现具有全国影响力红色精品景区的目标。基于红色旅游融合发展政策的引导,调研了景区工作人员与参观者,分析了焦裕禄同志纪念馆馆服的现状及存在问题;通过提炼焦裕禄精神中的价值意蕴,融合本土地域文化及相关的视觉元素,以及从其他红色景区的馆服案例中获得的启发,探寻了焦裕禄同志纪念馆馆服的设计思路与方法。As the main position for spreading the spirit of Jiao Yulu,the image of the memorial hall and the staff are very important,and the staff wearing specific uniforms can not only enhance the visitors'sense of experience of the spiritual culture of Jiao Yulu,but also improve the cultural pride of the staff on the spirit of Jiao Yulu,thereby enhancing the overall image of the memorial hall and achieving the goal of becoming a red boutique scenic spot with national influence.Based on the guidance of the integrated development policy of red tourism,this paper interviewed the staff and visitors of the scenic spot,and analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the staff uniform of Comrade Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall.By refining the value implication of Jiao Yulu’s spirit,integrating local culture and related visual elements,and gaining inspiration from the case studies on uniforms in other red scenic spots,it explores the design ideas and methods of the staff uniform of the Comrade Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall.
